ROUGH CLEANING 
Rough Cleaning Service includes coming in before carpet and prepping house, Our staff will broom sweep all floors to prepare for flooring installation, clean all drywall off of tubs, dust all windows and frames and scrape all stickers, brush out all cabinets inside and out, sweep garage and basement floors

 
INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Our Interior Construction Cleaning service will be custom designed to fit your needs. Whether it be a one trip cleaning before closing or several cleans during the construction process. Our highly trained and detail oriented crews will clean all areas from the thresholds in including: 
 
 
 
Bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, countertops, sinks, light fixtures, bath accessories, and floors)
Furnace/Utility Room (Furnace inside and out, water heater, furnace and washer pans, duct work, washer box and pan, and flooring)
Kitchen (cabinets inside, outside and TOPS, countertops, ice maker box, appliances, sink, light fixtures and flooring)
